    基于预测模型的模糊pid在plc中的实现与应用

    摘要:

    为了提高和扩展plc控制器的应用水平与范围,针对精确模型难以确定具有时滞性、非线性、不对称性的工业控制系统,将模糊控制思想和预测模型与传统的pid控制相结合,形成了一种带预测模型的模糊-pid控制方法。同时在matlab/simulink中进行了仿真,并给出了将其在plc中实现的方法。测试结果证明了该方法的可行性,且该方法使得系统超调量大幅降低、调节时间缩短、系统稳态特性良好,调节过程较为平稳,控制精度得到大幅提高

    to improve and expand the application of the plc controller and to solve the problem that it is difficult for the accurate model to determine the industrial control system with time delay,nonlinearity,and asymmetry,the idea of fuzzy control and the forecast model are combined with the traditional pid control,forming a forecast model of fuzzy-pid control method,and simulation is done in matlab/simulink.test results show that the method is feasible,and has greatly reduced the system overshoot and adjustment time,the system has good steady-state performance,the adjustment process is stable,and the control precision is greatly improved.
